Is it possible to disable spells and use it on a facc character?

Yes it is!
Go into cavebot > scripter and disable/remove the Exori & ExoriMin scripts.
Also go into targeting and go through the monsters like Orc Leader, Orc Warlord etc.. and remove spell attacks.

Works on both FACC & PACC.
But if you are FACC, be careful in the orc tower if you get surrounded. It's hard without exori
