Accounts frozen when new client comes out

Keep in mind that I've found nothing about this so if this is already implented you can go ahead and lock this.

Basically what I'm suggesting is that whenever there is a new client coming out and Windbot hasn't been updated for it yet(even if it takes an hour or twelve hours) our accounts should be frozen so time wouldn't drop from our subscription because we can't really use Windbot with the new Tibia clients when Windbot hasn't updated to it yet.
I'm sure you can figure out some system for it or whatever, extending everybody who has an active subscription as many hours or days as it takes for you to release the new Windbot client.

Is not their fault that tibia updates, so, there is no reason to frreez your WindBot time.
    In my opinion.

No, it's not their fault but they knew that Tibia would obviously update their clients and they'd have to update their Windbot clients as well and it'd be nice if we'd be compensated for those lost hours or days because it eventually adds up to days.

You guys barely wasted a full day waiting for the update. If you play preview, 1 day. You can't make a fair system for everyone, there would be flaws like mentioned, people would get free days without needing them.

There isn't and there won't be any compensation.
Please read our TOS, to which you all agreed.

we will extend each active account for the downtime lenght in case of a complete and global disruption of service of at least 12 consecutive hours, >> so if i takes 12 hours or more you need to compensate the time right?>>

Calm down, it was only a suggestion, lol'd.

Just saying that the people would most likely appreciate it.
