He is known for being dickhead when it comes to reply time, just wait and sooner or later he will reply.

He was active when i sent him the money but 1-2 minutes after i sent him the money he started to act like a dickhead and stopped replying.

All of them are trusted, even Xiogurz, but he doesnt care about his custoers as you noticed.
