my theory is, cip traces other accounts that transfer to that "transfer account". but i am not 100% sure though :P Originally Posted by ThreeM

ex.
acc 1 to "transfer account"
acc 2 to "transfer account"
CIP could see that acc 1 and 2 are same owner :P just a theory though
