I've been getting some strange graphics with Framerate Control

Just choose Directx 9 in Graph and all should be fine

I started to use wind addon client, when character not focused it walks really slow....i wonder if i bot paladin will all monsters hit me?

When your character is not focused that's what you will see. But in reality your character is walking just fine. Go with a second character and watch it if you doubt. :P
