Multiple Hotkeys[help]

Hello,
I have a problem that i cant resolve on my own.
My friend has done 3 different sets of hokeys for me somehow, and i dont know how to change them to different hotkeys.

hes done it with a mc instead of a tibia.
i read other peoples ways of making this but im a big retard when it comes to that stuff and i just cant figure it out.

if anyone can explain briefly how to do this, or do it with team view it would be highly aprriciated.
all i wanna do is for example if exura is on f1 i wanna change it to f5 same thing with like potions etc. please help.
