Healing Issue

I am aware that there is a tutorial on this issue. I did read it and follow, but still having some issues. I have a 180+ RP and was testing the frost dragon script. However something is not working right. Here is what I have and for some reason, its not healing correctly. Any suggestions? It will go to yellow and then not heal.

You will always want to put your IMPORTANT healings on top of the list.
Salvation (exura gran san) $hppc < = 40~45
Divine Healing ( exura san) $hppc <= 60~75
Intense healing (exura gran) $hppc <= ~85
Intense Recovery (utura gran) $hppc <= 95~97
Light healing (exura) $hppc <= 90~95

You may be asking why is there 2 numbers for some and 1 number for another

When there is 2 numbers, the healing will choose a random number between those 2 range, for example Light healing(exura) has 90~95

It will choose a random number from 90 to 95 so your healing isn't always the same.
