Small Change with Design

I would like you to suggest to change this blue for some other colour because its making my eyes bored ;/ Change it to some lighter

If you are using the Normal Theme by Windows 7 then yes, but go Computer -> Advanced Settings -> Advanced -> and setup your computer to looks like Windows XP, you know to get the best fast of computer then its look like that, ofc if you are use normally setup then its ok, but if its other setup od Design then its like that ;-)
