And for lower levels troll's Ab'Dendriel? Or dwarf mines in Kazo?

there is only 6 bh at bk quest so its not a really good place but ab troll could be nice can you send me the link with the map coordinate of the cave please ?

Ab Trolls for paladin and/or Femor hills goblins for paladin also!

Ab trolls will need to open the door with the key and then close it. And it could be really useful also to loot the spears and use it on the left hand.
Femor hills could use spears and collect small stones. Or just use spears without collecting small stones. As you wish!
