Trade between Cossio and norberelamoo

We will make a trade with my 320 ek including full eq and 23kk for @norberelamoo 327 rp including full eq and umbral master bow.
The trade will be that he will give me acc name, pw and rec key first and then i will give acc name and pw and when i have changed the registration on the rp i will give him the conf key, do you agree with this? @norberelamoo
