Hello i have a problem; when i open the WINDBOT, appear this error (0xc000007b)

I HAVE DOWNLOADED, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64), I HAVE WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64 BITS WITH A 4GB OF RAM, DIRECTX 11 INSTALED AND DRIVERS UDAPTED AND IT NOT WORKS! HEEEELP PLEASE!

Try reinstall bot and give us more details if it will work, or try run as administrator

code 0xc000007b error, wont work.
Reinstalled it, runed as admin, googled my as off. cant find any way to get it work, help me out with this please.
