Auto Manual Looter

Is it possible to add an option to the bot to create a similar auto manual looter one which is as fast as xenobot's? which immediately takes off loots listed in a lua script from the bodies of any opened creature body without adding a detailed list of targets neither a loot list, any closer solution is acceptable aswell Thanks... sorry but im still new.

I always looted fast with Xenobot's and still actually do, a lua script not the bot itself, and never been banned so idk about that, still im asking for a script to do the job away from getting banned or not.
