After every use waypoint i have to put a action with wait after, it would be better if as stantard there's a wait time for it.

AFAIK there are no delays in waypoint on purpose, ACTION waypoint is designed for that.
Look on those 2 situations, and you will understand why putting delay as default is stupid:
- you are using lever, which opens doors after 10 seconds. You can put wait(10000) in action waypoint
- you are using bones on roshamuul, with 20 monsters on your back. You DONT WANT TO WAIT AT ALL
