Hi. I registered and i didnt get my free trail. When im trying to login to the bot it says: "Failed to grant 14 day trial. Request your trial on our forum."

Hi, i bought full version for 30 days, now im trying to switch it on, firstly im opening tibia client, logging on character then open wind bot but it isnt showing client version or character name so i cant switch it on, what is wrong?
