Im new to your bot, application said that failed to grant my free 14-days trial, but i really want to check this bot out before making a purchase, is there a chance to do something about it?

Hello registered one account and tried downloading windbot, activated it and it said "failed to apply 14 day trial" and sent me to this forum where it said "i didnt have access" so i figured it might have been something with the confirmation key so I made a new account and this time i clicked the confirmation link before logging into the bot. still didnt work :/
