After all, is it still safe to bot?

Hello everyone!

I have a level 60 ED which I used to bot some months ago, always using Windbot. But now I see many people getting their accounts banned, and I'm kinda afraid of using scripts that I found here on the forums.

Is it still safe to bot? I ALWAYS botted while standing in front of the PC, so I could check if someone was near. Does it still matter, or I'll get banned anyway?

If you gonna make your scripts (good ones), maybe. Otherwise it isn't safe,specially considering the amount of people who started botting again and got deleted after hours. Consider learning a bit about bot detection methods and taking a look on the main topic of this subforum (sticked).
