If attacking Creature X then use hotkey spell

Hi !
Under Target > FirstSpell I'm already using it to attack a certain spell when attacking a certain creature.
But I'd like to use a hotkey instead of type the spell name. I think that's only possible with Lua Script.

Any help?

Ex: I'd like to use Exori Ico whenever attacking a Barbarian Brutetamer

Obs: I dont remember this happen with my mage while casting spells, the act of type the spell instead of using it as hotkey...
