So i bought a character from neo-gold and it got banned after 1 week, and i was wondering. is it illegal to chargeback money to refund it?

Unless neo-gold agrees to some form of deal, no.
It's (imo) on you that the char got deleted, since that rly always a risk, but thats only my personal thoughts, have you spoken to neo-gold?

Well could you help me im not a expert, there is no agreements on their FaQ says that its not allowed to chargeback or smthing like that..
We do not accept returns. There are some exceptions, read below. Due to the nature of this business all sale are final and no refunds will be accepted once the payment was made. Always ask if the product is in stock. It might be already sold, You will be refunded with Your payment minus the fees then.

So what happens if i chargeback now? can they actually call the police or write to paypal?.. since there is no proof for them?

Can anyone else confirm this, because i know there is risk buying accounts, but what ive heard from this site people has been hacked now what ive seen and searching through this forum..
so it feels like a complete scam.

How is it a scam that the char got deleted? (Just search for the charname on tibia and you will know if the char was hacked or deleted) Originally Posted by Jehan
