Is it possible to purchase it without an access to the other account?

This is completely possible. All paypal purchases can be made with paypal funds, you don't need a credit card if you got money on paypal

But I must added my credit card to my paypal account despite I have money on PP acc XD

As rozxin says, You shouldnt have to have a credit card on paypal :P I have two paypal accounts, one is business and one is personal.. Business one has credit cards but my personal one doesnt
