It's actually built into the healer.
Under condition healer you can select "Magic Shield"

It'll works, but it'll keep spamming "utamo vita" every 300-500ms, so you should use like:

auto(200)

if $hppc < 50 then

	if not $manashielded and cancast("utamo vita") then

		cast('utamo vita') wait(300, 500)

	end

end
