You should read requirements again. You need to have active license on March 30th. I added you before in case you buy license on March 30th, but you didn't so I had to update my list.

I had my active license till yesterday (31.03) around evening. At 2pm was stull botting on banuta -2 so dont tell me that i didnt have active license at 30 of march.

I get all premium users automatically from MySQL, so It's not possible to skip anyone. @Raphael can confirm this.
