It would be a nice idea to add an shoutbox.
concerning the spam, only users with 10 posts or more could send new messages. What do you think?

Idk if this is a great idea. Think with me, if a problem/doubt is solved there, no information will be shared with the community and the same problem/doubt could be asked a lot of times.

This thread only serves to prove my point that no, we shouldn't have a search box because it would be flooded with stupid questions with many answers scattered around the forums, mainly because people don't have the decency to search first.
