Trade beetween Milor and Safetylast with Dworak as a middleman

I am selling 263 ED on inferna with equipment: Spellbook of ancient arcana,glacier rod,yalahari mask,demon armor,dwarven legs for 250euro to Safetylast. We will use a middleman Dworak.
How we gonna do it?
1. I will start changing registration to Dworak's.
2. After 30 days Safetylast will order a confirmation key to Dworak's house and after Dworak confirms that he have the letter with cf key, Safetylast will pay me 250euro via Skrill or WesternUnion and 15euro to Dworak.
3. Dworak will give account number, password and confirmation key to Safetylast.
