Greetings,
User @vortexlola scammed me by $108,06 USD. He paid me this by paypal on november 27th, and made me refund him with ETH (I couldn't refund him by paypal at the time). On january 24th he charged back the amount on paypal. I'm attaching the Skype chat where he states his ETH address and the refund request. Now the paypal case is closed and I lost my money, he has the paypal balance and ETH balance.
Please what can I do? paypal took the money I refunded from me and this scammer has the balance. His name is
