I think a software like all bot on the market cant handle this kind of actions because you have to search in a Online Database of login character (or atleast taking the information from tibia.com).
Its probably an external software doing this action.

With the bot alone you can't do this.
Is it possible to do with help of other things? -Yes.

Quite easy thing to do, actually.
Probably about 50 lines of JS under Node plus 20 of Lua under WindBot.

Use whatever language (e.g. PHP/Node/C++/C#) to parse Tibia.com online list of your server and save to a file on your computer. Then with a script for WindBot you will load this file and PM these names. You can use *name* <message>.

Sad to hear "/ would benefit me alot to get in hand with something like this. I know JS/PHP but to acctually read names from a list on tibia.coms onlinelist on a specific world and message each one with a specific message on the tibia client is just too much & too hard to code for me.
