Rathelon voting points

Can someone maybe explain me how these voting points work, for example if i want to hunt:

-Glooth Bandits.

I have read that i need 300 voting points but i do not really understand tibiawiki. Could someone explain how to get it and how long it takes?

You need to make tasks, each task give you 1 point, so you need 300 tasks to hunt glooth bandits bro.

To gain acess to Glooth bandits u need to do a specific task for 6h

nor rl u can do it in less then 2h just put 2-3 bot char to collect water & drop in fron of npc ^^
