As personal opinion I do prefer using SD runes there since it kill faster than using Thunderstorm rune plus Hydras regenerate health too often.

Yes you can set spells only for Bog Raider, go to Scripter (top nav) > Persistents > open Smart Shooter > remove "Bog Raider" from monster list.
Then go to Targeting > Monster List and set the spells you desire for Bog Raider.

I bought the tarpit tomb script yesterday and it seems to be quite outdated. For one it still withdraws gold from bank not sure what the purpose of that is. Also it has weird waypoints when leaving the bank, it goes completely out of its way to go toward dp then turn to go north... it also suggest I would be profiting from hunts, so far I have not made any money.

Our scripts do still have the "withdraw gold" process but this is something to become optional on an already planned future update for all scripts.
At misleading waypoints, are you using Soft Boots?

I am not using Soft Boots, the problem is it leaves the dp through the left and then does the soft boot check north of depot. This makes a weird loop every time I am going to hunt.
