What im using

auto(300)

foreach creature c do 

if c.name == "Sigurd" and c.dist <= 4  and FindNpc then

reachcreature("Sigurd")

pausewalking(20000)

FindNpc = false

gotolabel("TalkNpc", "DPSell")

end

end

When u get to this floor action

FindNpc = true

And then cavebot wps going around the area he is (opening door and that other shit)
Then talk action

@SuNe tell me if this won't reach npc then it will put value false yes? but if there will be NPC on screen then he won't go to TALKNPC DPSELL ?

You need something like this:
000 - Action - FindNpc = true
001 - Node/Stand/Walk - somewhere possible
002 - Action - Sune's Action here
004 - Another walkable wpt
005 - Action - Sune's Action
Keep adding Walkable Wpt + Action everywhere you can find the npc
010 - Action named TalkNpc with talk actions
