But to get back at your question, you can do it 2 ways.
#1 Changing it thru your healing by using this:

auto(100)

if maround(6) > 1 then

     setsetting('PotionHealer/Rules/Mana/ConditionValue', '0 to 20%')

else

      setsetting('PotionHealer/Rules/Mana/ConditionValue', '0 to 60%')

end

#2 Using manawalk

auto(100)

if maround(6) > 1 and $mppc < 60 then

      useoncreature('great mana potion', $self)

      wait(300,500)

end
