Was supposed to buy his char for 90 euros.
Sent him 54$ via paypal. Information was wrong he sent. Said he would have to go home to check his email after work.
Then he msg me saying he has offer of 100 euro and he doesnt want to wait for me to pay the other half after i change reg. So he asks me to pay him more than 100 euro.
All in all this guy thinks im retarded. have already called my credit card company and he can pay the 30$ fee.
