my chat dont work

Hello, i use the chat alot, and now im not seing the menssages or able to send it, i just hear the sound of new messages but im not seeing it, why?!

Maybe you were banned from it.

That's Funny, everybody use the chat the way they want and i cant ?! that's funny.. anyway, i didnt receive any message about it. how i was supposed to know that?!
