Rune's using - hotkey?

Hello,
im using script which use runes [GFB] to kill creatures and i dont know do i need to make hotkey of this rune on crosshair or at target?

How can we know what script u are using...?
Test it by yourself, some scripts have "use on yourself" and "use with crosshair" but most of them have just "use with crosshair" style~~.
