You should really update to Win 10. It's better in every aspect. I'm still gonna try to solve it on Windows 7, tho.

I do not have that problem. But here it returns blank for both 'Wind 10' and 'Wind 11', Windows 10. Monitor 35' or 40' not remember

@Lucas Terra, I followed your advice and installed Windows 10. Now it seems to be working well (200% dpi), so it was probably some issue with Windows 7 scaling.

Edit: sadly, screenshot() and screenshot() don't work properly. It only captures 1/4 of the screen. Any solution?
