Stopping on one sqm, and doesn't use rune, or heal yourself

Im getting the problem that shows on screen, actually i'm on the north sqm, but char look like it is on the south sqm, so it stay until die. Doesn't heal or move. It isn't lag, just a bug, but I dont know if it is from windbot or tibia 11.

I am 95% sure it happen because of lagg. Last days ping 500-800 is normal because of ddods.
