CS Global Offensive - problem with compatibility with tibia

hey all , i habe problem...when i have running tibia and in this same time im opening cs global offensive tibia is closing and i have error grahpic ... can you help me solv this problem ?

Follow these steps,

1. Open your tibia with WindAddons
2. Change tibia graphics settings to OpenGL
3. Minimize Tibia

thanks its working but I cant change in cs options od direct ? because now Tibia with opengl get more graphic base ;p
