Sorry my english is bad, the bot does not open the tortoise, instead of opening the "body" it opens only the "browse filed". How to proceed ??

I have this same problem, in tibia 10 it loot, I changed it to tibia 11 today and it's the same thing, it opens as browse field no loot, did you solve it?
