Skilling under 14h stamina possible?

I know i only gain 50% of normal exp under 14h of stamina without loot, but do my skills keep upgrading under 14h stam? If so i can bot skills a lot on gobs edron :

yes, you can skill without stamina, but I think isn't a good idea, you lost gold,exp and have a high chance to get deleted, just a tip.

Not making much exp and gold on goblins, i come there for skilling aswell.

Can you explain and give me an explanation how you know there is a higher chance of getting banned?

They could send someone to check you since you play like a machine. If you have such a low stamina means you are playing like 15~20 hours a day.
