First of all, make normal thread, WITH TEXT AND DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PROBLEM, or i will deleted next thread like this.

It did also give you a warning to say that 0-60% is not what you think it is. It being 0-60% means it will randomly pick a value between 0% and 60%, and it will start to heal when your health goes below that value.
