Tibia 10 no open?

Today I open and use my windbot, but a while later stopped working, that update message that before closed, and entered the game, no longer happens, simply does not enter (warm 10 in the Windbot).
What to do? I downloaded the tibia again on the site but it did not help, it's still the same, is there something on the pc that gets saved when it installs? What to do?

open tibia.com in another browser / incognito mode and download again, alternatively clean your cookies and download it again
