Fast Hotkeys bugging the keyboard if AltGr is pressed

When you say simply untick Fast Hotkeys and tick it again you mean while the client is still open? Or do I have to start a new client?

Also, are you pressing and holding or pressing and releasing?

While the client is still open, like on the fly bug haha. Just pressing and releasing it

Yes i did, pressing AltGr again dont fix the bug. The only way to fix it is disabling and then enabling again Fast Hotkeys.

If i press AltGr with Fast Hotkeys enabled my S open the skill screen, my A works like ctrl+a on texts, my X xlog..
Now i just realized if i alt+tab this bug gets fixed as well

I got same problem when pressing "alt gr", i fix it with just open another program(google chrome) and then back to tibia again. Then it works until i press "alt gr" again.

I had a glitch with altgr sometime ago. I was using the mode chat off, and when i typed altgr + w (to print a question mark) I wasn't able to send the message by pressing return. To fix this small problem I had to press crtl + g, to go to character selection and then, esc. After theses steps things start to working again, but if i press altgr + w again it get glitched. If you want I can do a properly report for this.
