Just be Patient! I assume the Lucas also has a private life and isn't sitting infront of Computer 24/7 to see if Tibia MIGHT have updated their Client.

You assume well but bad. He gets notifications if a update happens. If you check the times of all the rest of updates, the usual time to release a new update in the bot is around 12:00h~14:00h. (12AM - 2PM) I see a peak in tibia 10.90 (16:00h or 4 PM.) So yeah, patience, but its taking more than normal.

Just because he gets a notification doesn't mean he isn't somewhere outside doing something or has more important things to do before he can work on the update.
