windbot not support tibia

hi guys im using tibia client version 10 and windbot version 2.8.9. can anyone tell me why my bot didnt work ?

WindBot doesn't recognise my client

Are you sure you have the right version of Tibia and WindBot? More often than not this is caused by users having Tibia 11 running, with the Tibia 10 WindBot version. Please be doubly sure that you are running Tibia 10 before posting. To check if you are using Tibia 10 or 11, you can simply start the client. As soon as you start Tibia 11 you will see the form to enter your account name and password. When you start Tibia 10, you must first click "Enter Game" in order to see that form. You might need to find "Tibia 10" in your start menu to start Tibia 10 as opposed to Tibia 11, desktop shortcuts and even pinned taskbar items may have been modified by the Tibia updater to point to Tibia 11.
