Bot doesn`t use Strong mana potion

7. Detailed description of the problem.

The bot doesn`t use strong mana potion (i only tried this one) on any type of condition.... it simply dont use them.
The only way that uses is when i set to use with mana missing 1 to 1. With this config, the bot floods all my pots.
I don`t know if i am too much stupid, or if its a real bug.
