So ive recently just gone back to tibia( like a week ago), and i tried the bot cuz i do really hate that hunting/lvling part lol. And i did indeed enjoy it. And i was wondering because im not "windpowered". Is there still a chance to get a hold of the bot or no chance until its officially out?

you need to be windpowered (have active license) to use any version of windbot

You can run both Tibia 10 and Tibia 11 clients at one pc. That's how I've been doing it since the first version
