It dosnt work as a "account". if he sends you money you have to go with your ID and withdraw the money from a western union place and he cant withdraw.

Its safe, Once he sends you the money, he will be given a code when he sends the money, to withdraw the money u have to use the code given by him

ye if you now ho sends the money its safe. i sended 4000 eur to my ex and no problem. But if its a guy you dont now ho send he can cancel
