Did you installed it ? Make sure you get the x86 version, not x64.

Did you definitely install x86 and not x64? You might need to restart, it's hard to say, but first I would check if you did install x86. Whether you need to restart depends on Windows. Usually you don't need to but if it still won't work you might.

I fu*** it up for now, I'm using computer right now for some other important shits and wont restart now, but I checked and I really installed 86x and not 64x

last hope it's restart my computer and see if it works.

btw, it's my vps, but it hold a server of a website for a customer, so I cannot restart it now :C

wait for reply and next time if you tag admin you will get banned for 24h to take a break, probably your VPS is shit if WindBot doesn't works. What windows you have on VPS ?

Uninstall, restart, install x86, restart, test.
Remove the temp files by restarting, if this doesnt work, clear out your %temp% folder.
If that still doesn't work, follow Dworak's tutorial and get a better VPS.
