List of Walkable IDs

i just wont get it to walk by fire thrown by other players. they keep killiing me.... it walks when theres no target .... but if theres a creature and it just target but wont walk by fire.... / no pvp server)

Sorry but I do not know where the list of walkable ids goes, some scrip do not have anything on this list and I would like to know where you can paste it.
