Is that true that 5x juicy roots = 1 voted points in Oramond ?

How its working just collect 5 juicy and go to npc ?
If no how can I coollect voted points in oramond ?

you can collect how much juicy you want and after change each 5 juicy = 1 vote.

1º - take all Juicy Roots that you want;
2º After you are done, go to NPC Chavis and say food. He will automatically take all Juicy Roots you have in multiples of five and grant you one voting point for each bundle of 5 roots. You can retake this mission anytime by saying food again.
3º Go visit Marvin in the Rathleton Magistrate and talk to him about voting and then topic.
4º After casting 50 successful votes, you will be able to ask for a promotion.
