There is a way to force open next loot backpack? Some scripts even with the option "Open Next Backpack" checked the bot isnt opening the next backpack.

Just check the "open next backpack" under the looting tab. Note that all bps inside each other needs to be the same color, so if for example your lootbp is green, then all further bps inside it needs to be green as well.
