Are you also playing on an Open Tibia server? If so, you should note that we do not claim to support Open Tibia in any way, shape, or form. While the bot generally does work, it would be almost impossible for us to support every Open Tibia server that exists due to the changes they make.

If you're on real Tibia, make a thread under support if you need help. We are always trying to help new users as much as we can and within real Tibia, so you will get a response and we might be able to make things work better for you.
